Comfy Pants That Move With You Sewing Pattern

Make comfortable work pants with a subtle barrel leg, elastic at the back waist and a crotch gusset. Patch pockets and reinforced knees add practical details for busy days.

Gender-neutral sizes 00–36 cover body hips of 33–64 in / 83.8–162.6 cm and body waists approximately 23–55 in / 58.4–139.7 cm. Drafted for 5 ft 6 in / 168 cm height with a 29 in / 73.7 cm inseam. High-rise waist and subtle barrel leg. The PDF includes body and finished charts and guidance for rise, leg length and grading between sizes.

Midweight 5–10 oz per square yard twill, denim or canvas, with or without stretch. Medium fusible interfacing, 1 in / 2.5 cm non-roll elastic, one button, zipper, thread and an optional D-ring for the carabiner loop. Fabric needs vary by size, width and any alterations; follow the included chart.
